The second DigiSkill online training course, Leadership and Teamwork in Digital Projects, has officially been completed, bringing together participants from different countries to strengthen their leadership, communication and collaboration skills in digital working environments.
Over the course of five online sessions and interactive learning modules, participants explored the key principles of teamwork, leadership approaches in digital settings, communication within international teams, conflict resolution and strategies for effective collaboration in online environments. The training course combined self-paced learning with live online sessions, creating a dynamic space for discussion, reflection and exchange of experiences among participants.
More than 60 participants successfully fulfilled all course requirements and will receive DigiSkill certificates for their active participation and engagement throughout the programme.
The course was facilitated by Anna Rodríguez Casadevall, consultant, trainer and educator specialised in intercultural competence and critical interculturality, who guided participants through practical discussions and collaborative activities connected to real challenges faced in digital and international teamwork. Through breakout room discussions, interactive exercises and shared reflections, participants had the opportunity to exchange perspectives and strengthen their understanding of leadership in modern digital environments.
This activity was organised within the Erasmus+ DigiSkill project, which aims to strengthen digital, professional, and intercultural competences among young people and youth workers through online dialogues, webinars, and immersive training courses.
The DigiSkill partnership continues its activities in the coming months with new online dialogues, webinars and training opportunities focused on digital transformation, communication, innovation, and project management.
