On 20 March 2026, the DigiSkill community successfully hosted the webinar “What Do You Actually Need to Start a Business?”, bringing together 42 participants for an engaging and practical online session focused on entrepreneurship and taking the first steps toward building a business.

The webinar was led by Milica Jovičić, entrepreneur, psychotherapist and founder of Dijaspora Servis and Consulting Boosting Technology. Drawing from her experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors, Milica guided participants through an honest conversation about entrepreneurship, mindset and the realities behind starting a business.
Rather than focusing on perfection, the session encouraged participants to move from overthinking to action. Through practical examples and open discussion, participants explored key topics such as:
- why you do not need a perfect business plan, logo, or website to begin,
- how fear, perfectionism, and overthinking often stop people from taking action,
- the importance of identifying a real problem, target group, and simple offer,
- why first clients matter more than perfect preparation,
- and how action itself helps build clarity, confidence, and momentum.
One of the strongest messages highlighted throughout the webinar was:
“You don’t need everything figured out — you just need to start.”
The webinar also created space for interaction and discussion, allowing participants to reflect on their own ideas, entrepreneurial fears and future plans.
Activities such as this webinar continue to strengthen the DigiSkill community by creating opportunities for learning, entrepreneurial thinking and international exchange among young people from different countries.
The webinar was organised within the Erasmus+ DigiSkill project, a Virtual Exchange initiative focused on strengthening digital competences, entrepreneurship, project management skills, and international collaboration among young people across Europe and beyond.
