From 21 to 23 January 2026, partners of the GameIN Erasmus+ project gathered in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, for a transnational project meeting focused on strengthening cooperation and advancing the project’s next activities.

The meeting brought together representatives from partner organisations across Europe, creating an opportunity to review project progress, discuss upcoming activities and exchange ideas on how to further promote youth participation through gamification.
Over the course of three days, partners worked together on:
- evaluating the progress of the project
- preparing upcoming webinars and learning activities
- strengthening communication and dissemination strategies
- planning the next steps for implementing gamified methods to increase youth engagement
Beyond the formal sessions, the meeting also provided valuable space for networking, intercultural exchange and collaborative brainstorming, reinforcing the strong partnership behind the GameIN initiative.
The Sarajevo meeting marked an important milestone for the project, helping ensure that upcoming activities continue to deliver innovative and impactful learning experiences.
