On 23 January 2026, the GameIN project organised an inspiring webinar titled “From Invitation to Belonging: Practical Strategies for Inclusive Event Design.”
The session focused on practical approaches to creating inclusive and accessible events, ensuring that participants from diverse backgrounds feel welcome, represented and actively involved.
The webinar brought together participants interested in improving the way events are designed and facilitated within youth work, education and community initiatives.
Throughout the session, participants explored strategies such as:
- designing events that consider diverse needs and experiences
- creating welcoming environments for all participants
- using inclusive communication methods
- encouraging meaningful participation and engagement
The discussion highlighted that inclusive event design goes beyond simply inviting people — it requires thoughtful planning to ensure that everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
This webinar was organised as part of the GameIN Erasmus+ project, which promotes innovative approaches to participation, engagement and inclusion through gamification and interactive learning methods.
