The DigiSkill Project successfully delivered its third international online training course “Problem Solving and Digital Tools in Digital Projects”, bringing together more than 80 participants from across Europe and beyond. Held on 11 and 18 June 2026, the course equipped youth workers, educators, students and young professionals with practical skills to tackle challenges in digital projects through innovative problem-solving approaches and modern digital tools.

Facilitated by Anna Rodríguez Casadevall, an experienced trainer, consultant and educator specializing in intercultural competence and non-formal education, the training combined expert knowledge with interactive learning methods. Participants explored practical strategies for identifying and analysing project challenges, applying critical thinking techniques and using digital solutions to enhance collaboration, communication and project implementation.
Throughout the two live online sessions, participants engaged in collaborative discussions, practical exercises, real-life case studies and peer-learning activities. The course introduced a range of digital tools commonly used in project management while encouraging participants to develop innovative and solution-oriented approaches to managing complex challenges in digital and international environments.
Beyond technical knowledge, the training emphasized the importance of adaptability, teamwork, creativity and effective decision-making—competences that are becoming increasingly valuable in youth work, international cooperation and today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape. Through the DigiSkill project’s non-formal education approach, participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences, reflect on their own professional practice and learn from peers representing diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
Following the successful completion of the training, participants completed the online learning modules, post-course assessments and received Youthpass certificates, recognising the knowledge, skills and competences they developed throughout the learning experience.
This training course forms part of the Erasmus+ DigiSkill Project, an international initiative dedicated to strengthening digital, professional and intercultural competences among young people, youth workers, educators and civil society organisations. Through online dialogues, training courses, webinars and international cooperation, DigiSkill continues to create accessible learning opportunities that prepare participants for the challenges and opportunities of an increasingly digital world.
With more than 80 participants successfully completing the course, DigiSkill once again demonstrated the growing demand for practical digital education and international collaboration. The project will continue its educational journey in September with its next training course, “Agile Project Management & Scrum”, further supporting participants in developing future-ready digital, collaboration and project management competences.
