DARE 4.0 Project Successfully Concluded

After three years of international cooperation, innovation and youth engagement, the Erasmus+ project DARE 4.0 has officially reached its conclusion, marking the end of a successful journey dedicated to digital entrepreneurship, digital skills development and youth empowerment.

Implemented between 2023 and 2026, the project brought together partners from different countries with one shared mission: to equip young people with the competences, mindset and practical tools needed to actively participate in today’s rapidly evolving digital world.

Throughout the project, more than 1,500 young people and youth workers participated in a wide range of activities designed to strengthen digital competences, entrepreneurial thinking, communication, innovation and international collaboration skills.

DARE 4.0 delivered numerous impactful activities, including:

  • online dialogues,
  • immersive training courses,
  • international webinars,
  • digital learning materials,
  • and opportunities for intercultural exchange and collaboration.

Through these activities, participants explored topics connected to digital entrepreneurship, online collaboration, innovation, critical thinking, communication and the future of work in the digital economy.

One of the project’s strongest achievements was its ability to combine digital learning with non-formal education methods, creating interactive spaces where participants could actively exchange ideas, reflect on current digital challenges and collaborate with peers from different cultural and professional backgrounds.

Beyond the educational dimension, DARE 4.0 also contributed to the creation of new international partnerships, future collaborations, and professional opportunities for young people across Europe and beyond. The project demonstrated how international cooperation within the Erasmus+ programme can successfully support digital transformation while strengthening youth participation and inclusion.

Although DARE 4.0 has now officially concluded, its educational resources, learning materials and project results remain available and continue to inspire future initiatives connected to digital innovation and youth empowerment.

While the project itself may be ending, the skills, experiences, and international connections created throughout these three years will continue long beyond the project’s official lifetime.
