As the DARE 4.0 project approaches its conclusion, we reflect on three transformative years filled with dialogue, learning, and action. With the active participation of more than 2,500 young people, this project has become a space of empowerment, creativity, and connection.
Celebrating Achievements
Throughout the project, all planned activities were implemented successfully — from 20 online dialogues to a series of training courses, a podcast, and the launch of a youth-designed app. Youth Power, as the lead for the training component, is especially proud that the online courses exceeded expectations in both reach and impact.
One of the most remarkable outcomes was the collection of over 120 video testimonials from young participants, who shared what they had learned and how the project influenced their thinking and future goals. These voices are a living legacy of DARE 4.0’s value and reach.
What DARE 4.0 Meant for Youth
DARE 4.0 provided a safe space where young people could come together, no matter their background, to engage in meaningful dialogue and gain practical skills. It encouraged them to explore complex issues — from human rights to digital transformation — and to believe in their ability to shape change in their communities. It helped young voices be heard, dreams to be shared, and new leaders to emerge.

Moving Forward
Though DARE 4.0 is coming to an end, its outcomes — from the training platform and online dialogues to the relationships built — will continue to live on. We hope to see this network grow, new projects arise, and the tools developed through DARE 4.0 continue to inspire and empower.
