Youth Power was represented at the Erasmus+ Training Course “Write a Project, Make a Change!”, organised from 31 October to 7 November 2026 in Paphos, Cyprus, alongside its partner organisation YEAH Youth Empowerment & Action Hub gGmbH.
The international activity gathered 22 participants from more than 13 countries to strengthen their understanding of Erasmus+ project development and improve their ability to transform ideas into structured youth work initiatives.

During six days of workshops and practical exercises, participants explored the development of Erasmus+ KA1 youth exchanges and training courses. The programme addressed needs assessment, project objectives, activity planning, expected impact, dissemination and application writing.
Particular attention was given to learning by doing. Working in international groups, participants developed project concepts, exchanged feedback and explored approaches to designing activities relevant to young people’s needs and local communities.

For Youth Power, the training offered an opportunity to strengthen project development competences and exchange practical experiences with other youth work organisations.
Participation also contributed to continued cooperation with YEAH and other European partners, supporting the development of future international youth work activities.

The training was supported through the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, which promotes learning mobility, capacity building and cooperation among youth organisations.
